INVESTING WITH PURPOSE: HOW INVESTORS DRIVEN SOCIAL CHANGE

Investors are increasingly embracing social change and not just seeking financial returns. In 2020, positive societal impact sustainable funds in the U.S. attracted over $51 billion in new investments, highlighting a growing trend toward responsible investing. This approach allows investors to support startups addressing global challenges, from climate change to social inequality, aligning their portfolios with personal values. Integrating these factors can lead to better financial performance, with studies showing that companies with strong social practices often experience lower operational risks and higher profitability. By adopting these principles, investors can foster innovation, promote sustainability, and contribute to a more equitable world, proving that doing good and doing well can go hand in hand.
